Shannah is a Baltimore County native and brings with her a proven array of legislative, political, and lobbying experience. She joins Bellamy Genn Group effective December 8, 2022 after spending five years as an Associate at Capitol Strategies in Annapolis. Shannah spent three years as Legislative Director for a member of the Maryland House of Delegates and served as a Regional Field Director on Governor Larry Hogan’s 2018 re-election campaign. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Washington College in Chestertown, MD.
